Creator Sovereignty
Creators remain the authority over their identity, work, presentation, and voluntary agreements.

THE FOUNDING IDEA
THE INSTRUMENTAL HEADQUARTERS is building independent music infrastructure around a simple conviction: creators are the foundation of the music ecosystem—not its disposable product.
WHY IHQ EXISTS
Creators have been forced to stitch together identity, music, credits, sales, collaboration, promotion, and licensing across systems that rarely share a common purpose.
IHQ is creating that connective infrastructure deliberately: credible identities, music discovery, contributor attribution, creator-controlled catalogs, and carefully reviewed Opportunities.
The invite-only beta starts focused. Every release should add capability only when the foundation beneath it is worthy of the people building upon it.
OUR OPERATING PRINCIPLES
Creators remain the authority over their identity, work, presentation, and voluntary agreements.
Every artist, producer, writer, engineer, and collaborator deserves durable, accurate credit.
Credits, contributions, rights information, and opportunity decisions should be documented clearly.
Discovery should reveal authentic creativity and resist hidden manipulation or artificial suppression.
Recognition, opportunity, data, and economic value should flow according to real contribution.
